Books that Transformed my Life - Many Lives, Many Masters

The first book in this series is Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian L Weiss. This book put me on the path to explore and study past life regression, past life healing and quantum healing hypnosis modalities.

I bought the book online second hand and became so engrossed in the content, I was surprised when I had finished it in a matter of days. This was highly unusual for me as sometimes if the content gets a little dry, I often find myself creating excuses to put it down and go do other things. This was not the case with this book.

So what’s it about? Without giving too much away……Brian L Weiss was a trained psychiatrist who was asked by a colleague to treat a patient Catherine who was struggling with recurring nightmares and anxiety attacks. After 18 months of intensive psychotherapy, Brian noticed the anxiety and panic attacks were still torturing her. It was at this point, Brian felt like he had hit “the wall” but was adamant to find a way to help Catherine. Brian suggests hypnosis to Catherine who resists at first but agrees to it eventually. In their first session, Catherine describes to Brian white steps leading up to a building, a big white building with pillars, open in front. There are no doorways. She’s wearing a long dress, a sack made of rough material and her hair is braided, long and blonde. Brian becomes confused as he is unsure what is happening and asks her name and what year is it. Catherine replies “My name is Aronda, I am eighteen. The year is 1863 BC”. At this point, Brian becomes extremely startled as he is unsure as to what is happening.

Suffice to say, as a result of his phenomenal experiences with Catherine, Brian went on to become one of the world’s leading experts in past life regression and in 2019 I went to see him at a three day workshop in Melbourne, Australia. Interestingly enough, this workshop occurred roughly a couple of months after I had found and read his book. Synchronous much?!
